The waterworks with a daily water supply of 50000 tons, the Jiukenghe Reservoir with a water storage of 49600000 cubic meter,and the never ending Xijiang River provide richwater resources to the district.

      In recent years, the district govemment invested about 10,000,000 yuan in remaking the water conservancy facilities in order to raise the ability of preventing the flood and waterlogging
