In
order to strengthen the auxiliary service work on attracting foreign investor,
the Dinghu In vestment Service Center was set up in June, 1999 by the People¡¯s
Government of Dinghu District, The main functions of the Center are to provide
consulting services to investors of the relevant investment environment,
general and specific policies, industry orientations and the procedures
of examination and approval; to accept complains of enterprises and investors
about any problems during the construction or setting up of an enterprise;
to provide "Three-In-One" services (i.e.one package service, one
unified charging, one window for handling all processes)for the enterprises
in vested in our Dinghu District. |

The
Service Center will provide all kinds of services for enterprises, individual
industrialists and merchants, including services on behalf of them to cope
with all procedures on setting up an enterprise, so as to reduce the interference
and mess charges of the functional institutions. The enterprises, individual
industrial and merchants can pay all charges or expenses in one window of
the Center.
The Service Center provides the services of coordinating all proper authorities
in accordance with the intention and pertinent regulations of the Government
for the investors from all over the world with a simple and quick "one
package" service.
