With the main channel of the Xijiang River, the Guangzhou.Maoming Railway, and the National Highwat 321 traverse the whole district, and is about 60 km to Guangzhu,and about 120 sea mile to Hong kong, Dinghu are both the vital communications line in west Guangdong,and the hub of communications for commerce and trade in south west China.
