摘要: 横河AQ6370光谱分析仪是YOKOGAWA公司生产的高性能光谱分析仪,自带系统能够实现常规的光谱分析工作,却无法实现个性化的、更加复杂的数据处理需求,同时也不能满足一些光纤传感系统中实时监测的需要。本文通过TCP/IP通信方式实现对横河AQ6370光谱分析仪的远程自动控制和数据处理,具体基于LabVIEW和NI-VISA实现。能够极大的提高实验效率,简化操作,使整个检测过程直观、可视化。在需要实时监测的光纤传感系统中具有较大应用价值。

Abstract: Yokogawa AQ6370 is a high-performance optical spectrum analyzer produced by YOKOGAWA. The built-in system can realize the routine spectral analysis work, but can not realize the personalized, more complex data processing requirements, as well as the needs of some real-time monitoring in the fiber optic sensing system. In this paper, the remote automatic control and data processing of Yokogawa AQ6370 spectrometer is realized by TCP / IP communication, which is based on LabVIEW and NI-VISA. Which can greatly improve the efficiency of the experiment, simplify the operation, making the testing process intuitive and visual. It is of great value in the fiber optic sensing system which needs real-time monitoring.
