摘要： 目的：优选远志挥发油的提取工艺，对远志化学成分进行分析，为评价其药用价值提供依据。方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取远志挥发油，正交试验设计法考察加水量、浸泡时间、蒸馏时间和粉碎度对提取工艺的影响，优选最佳提取工艺；利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析挥发油成分，通过峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对质量分数。 结果：远志挥发油最佳提取工艺为：粉碎度10目，加水量7倍量，浸泡时间0h，提取时间5h；共鉴定出16种化学成分，并确定其相对含量。 结论：远志挥发油中鉴定出的16种成分总含量达到100%；其中顺式十八碳烯酸含量占62.67%，其次是n-十六酸占17.43%，同时为远志挥发油提取工艺的确定提供科学依据。

Abstract： Objective: To study the best extraction method of volatile oil from polygala tenuifolia, and analyze the chemical constituents, which provided a reference for evaluating its medicinal value. Methods: Water steam distillation method was applied to extract volatile oil, the amount of wate, soaking time, distillation time and ultrasonic time was optimizd orthogonal test. Chemical components in volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS, the relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method. Results: The optimal water-extraction process was as follow: crushing degree was 10 mesh, the water amount was 7 times of the traditional Chinese drugs, no soaking time, the extraction time was 5 hours. 16 compounds were identified and their relative contents were determined. Conclusion: The total contents of 16 compounds identified from volatile oil of polygala tenuifolia was about 100%, among them Cis-Vaccenic acid was the major chemical constituents in the volatile oil which accounting for 62.67%, following was the n-Hexadecanoic acid which accounting for 17.43%. Meanwhile, a scientific basis was provided for determination the extraction process of volatile oil of polygala tenuifolia.
