摘要: 涎腺腺样囊性癌(salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma,SACC)是头颈部最具特点的上皮性恶性肿瘤,其主要特征是易发生局部侵袭和远处转移,导致患者预后差、远期生存率低。而肿瘤侵袭转移是一个有众多转移相关分子参与的复杂而连续的级联事件,针对此过程关键步骤的干预措施可有效遏制肿瘤转移。因此了解SACC侵袭转移相关分子及机制,可为SACC的治疗提供丰富的肿瘤疫苗及药物靶点,促进分子靶向治疗的临床应用,从而达到提高SACC患者远期生存率的目的。

Abstract: Adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary glands is the most characteristic epithelial malignancy in the head and neck region. Its main features are prone to local invasion and distant metastasis, resulting in poor prognosis and long-term survival rate of patients. Invasion and metastasis is a complex and continuous event with a large number of metastasis-related molecules involved in. Tumor metastasis can be effectively prevented by the intervention aiming at the key steps of this process. Therefore, revealing SACC metastasis-related molecules and mechanisms, can provide a wealth of tumor vaccine and drug targets and promote the clinical application of molecular targeted therapy, so as to improve the long-term survival rate of patients with SACC.
