摘要: 进行了一个流场的全局模拟,来研究用于生产硅太阳能电池的定向凝固炉中氩气流动的情况,以达到减少定向凝固炉中的杂质含量。本文通过FLUENT软件模拟了在CFC盖板上的不同位置开不同形状的孔,并分析流场图。数值计算结果表明,当在CFC盖板的四个角落开出圆孔,在盖板四周边缘开出不同的长条孔时,更有利于氩气的排出。

Abstract: A global simulation of the flow field was carried out to study the situation of argon flow in a directional solidification furnace which produce silicon solar cells, in order to reduce the content of impurities in the directional solidification furnace. In this study, FLUENT software was used to simulate the flow field under the condition of the holes of different shapes in different positions on the CFC cover plate, and the flow chart was observed. Numerical results show that, the impurities in the furnace would be reduced when the discharge of argon would be more efficient when the circular holes were opened in the four corners of the CFC cover plate, and different rectangular holes were opened in the edge of the cover plate.
