摘要: 幸福课是一门教授幸福、体验幸福的心理健康教育课程,它能够激发学生的潜能和优势,帮助学生实现幸福和快乐。本文梳理了国内外近15年关于幸福理论和幸福课程的研究,针对高职生幸福感现状及趋势,从积极心理学角度出发,设计幸福团体活动课,提出实施该课程的建议与措施,为我国高职院校心理健康教育课提出可实践的教学素材。

Abstract: Happiness lesson is the mental healthy education course delivering and experiencing happiness, which can stimulate the potential and advantages of the students, helping them achieve happiness and joy. This paper reviewes the theories and courses of happiness nearly 15 years at home and abroad . Meanwhile, aiming at the present situation and development tendency of the sense of well-being of vocatinal college students, the paper comes up with the design scheme of happiness activity course for vocational colleges from the perspective of positive psychology. In addition, it put forward the suggestions and measures of the implementation of the happniess course in order to provide the practical teaching materials for mental health education in vocational colleges in China .
